We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to join our team for a 12 month Maternity Leave. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people. You will be the first point of contact for students and clients, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
Schedule and book students into classes and testing appointments
Maintain accurate records of appointments and student information
Provide general administrative support to the office
Respond to inquiries and assist students with scheduling needs
Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy work environment
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Previous office or administrative experience is an asset
