Job Description: The community Occupational Therapist is an integral member of the community therapies team and is responsible for functional and equipment assessment and evaluation; physical reconditioning, work simulation and education for clients in an in-patient, out-patient, long term care, home care and community settings. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"

- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Registered Occupational Therapist (OT)
