Job Description: The Clinical Coordinatoris responsible forpromoting the Mission,Visionand Values of the Saskatchewan Health Authority.Under the direction of the Manager, the Clinical Coordinator integrates knowledge, skill and research into the development and delivery of quality, client centered care.The incumbent will provide visible, proactive leadership and promote the delivery of client centered care to the patients and families served by the Geriatric Services Resource Team.In collaboration with their Manager, the Coordinatoris responsible forassessing the needs of the program, itsstaffand clients by planning,implementingand evaluating itsday to dayfunction.TheCoordinatorwill use a consultative approach and research findings to provide support to health care professionals asappropriate.
