Mine Engineer, Senior

SSR Mining  Seabee Gold Operation (SGO) is hiring for a Mine Engineer, Senior.

The Seabee Gold Operation is located about 500km northeast of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan in the boreal forest. Reporting to the Superintendent, Mine Engineering, the Mine Engineer, Senior, is responsible for creating, designing, and developing best practices regarding mining engineering processes, procedures, and practices to support the success of departmental targets. You will have a diverse skill set that allows them to support various mine-engineering positions (planning, scheduling, ventilation, ground control, services, and projects). You will role model a safety program that promotes a culture of safety and health of all employees working in and/or with the Technical Services Department.

This position has a schedule of 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off at our remote camp which you will be required to fly in fly out with pick up points in Saskatoon, Prince Albert and La Ronge.
