Developing and facilitating group programming using the Model of Care and other evidence-informed approaches.
Preparing and adapting content and activities to meet clients learning and developmental needs.
Creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Documenting attendance, participation, progress, and concerns.
Participating in client progress meetings and sharing observations with the treatment team.
Supporting coping, communication, decision-making, relapse-prevention, and independent living skills.
Collaborating with staff to deliver cultural and practical skill-development programming.
Improving MFHWC curriculum and programming.
Other duties as assigned.
