About this role
- Certification from Boiler and Pressure Vessels Branch for 5th Class Power Engineer Certificate and Refrigeration Operators Certificate and knowledge of safe working requirements, including WHIMIS and OH&S.
- Must be able to use a variety of hand and power tools; handle cleaning products and operate various equipment to carry out cleaning routines and procedures.
- Must possess physical strength, mobility and flexibility to perform duties of the position, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to make sound decisions/judgement calls for the repair, maintenance and monitoring of building equipment.
- Must be willing to work days, weekends & holidays and be able to work with minimum supervision and within a team.
- Must possess valid Class 5 Novice 1 (minimum) drivers license.
