A recently incorporated company (2023), Bourgault Machines INC., is in the process of developing highly innovative products for skid loaders, tractors, wheel loaders, telehandlers, and other motorized equipment as well as in the process of building a new 32,000 square foot factory and office in St. Brieux, Saskatchewan which is now nearing completion.  Bourgault Machines INC. is looking to hire additional Mechanical Engineers or Mechanical Engineering Technologists with 3D solid modelling experience (preferably SolidWorks), Finite Element Analysis experience and Microsoft Office experience to work collaboratively with an experienced team of engineers, designers and fabricators.  Since this is a start-up company, this design position would initially include preparing for production and providing production support when production begins in the fourth quarter of 2026 whereafter, the role would shift to include new product design and development.  Because this is a start-up company, these positions present unique growth and development opportunities for versatile, creative, entrepreneurial engineers and technologists.  However, because the growth of the company is expected to be rapid, the ability to adapt to rapid change is an absolute requirement.  Compensation will be based on experience and relevant knowledge, but the salary range is as follows: $ 75,000 to $155,000 per annum.
