WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE
In The Shop
Preventative maintenance, engine and transmission work, brake and suspension repairs, hydraulic and electrical diagnostics heavy trucks, trailers, ag equipment, and everything in between comes through your bay. You inspect it, diagnose it, fix it, and document it.
On The Road
When something breaks down in the field, you go to it. Service calls and field repairs keep crews and customers moving during our busiest stretches, and you're ready for it.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Journeyperson Heavy Duty Equipment Technician certification preferred equivalent hands-on experience considered
- Strong grasp of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and mechanical troubleshooting
- Comfortable reading technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation
- Valid driver's license; Class 1A or willingness to obtain an asset
- Ability to lift heavy components and handle physically demanding work
- Willing to work overtime and pitch in during seasonal peak-hour demands
- Experience with ag equipment, heavy trucks, trailers, or construction equipment
- Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs and safety inspection procedures
