Market Research Interviewer

Insightrix Research is looking for candidates to join our Interviewing Team as a Market Research Interviewer. As an Interviewer, youll have the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting research projects, from telephone surveying to offsite exit intercepts!

BILINGUAL OR MULTILINGUAL? We are always actively seeking candidates who are fluent in French, Cree, Dene, Dakota, and other Indigenous languages, and offer a wage premium!

This casual position offers hours on weekdays, evenings, and weekends. The schedule fluctuates as projects fluctuate.

We provide comprehensive training and continuous support to ensure youre confident in your position. We allow Interviewers to work from home with the option to work at our 2nd Ave office in Saskatoon.

Requirements

Use of own equipment and hardware (software provided)

Dedicated workspace at home without interruption

Call centre or customer service experience is considered an asset

Travel to offsite exit intercepts  overnight travel could be required

Responsibilities

Reaching selected individuals by phone to participate in research studies over the phone.

Ensure data is collected to quality assurance standards.

Participating in field projects such as intercept surveys and marketing campaigns.

Skill Set

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills and being comfortable interacting with the public

Experience with excel
