Manager, Traffic Engineering

Lead the Citys Traffic Engineering Branch and play a key role in shaping safe, efficient, and reliable transportation systems. This senior leadership position oversees traffic safety programs, infrastructure planning, operational delivery, financial management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. You will guide strategic initiatives that improve roadway safety, support sustainable growth, and enhance mobility for all road users.

What You Bring

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• P.Eng. designation or eligibility for registration with APEGS; equivalent qualifications considered
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in transportation or traffic engineering
• Strong expertise in traffic safety, infrastructure planning, stakeholder management, and team leadership
