This position manages a multidisciplinary team responsible for advancing irrigation development projects, engineering and technical analysis, stakeholder engagement, client service and process improvements that support sustainable irrigation expansion in Saskatchewan.
The position provides leadership to project managers and engineers, coordinates internal and external partners and ensures irrigation
development work is technically sound, strategically aligned and delivered in a transparent, client-focused manner.
You will also Coordinate stakeholder engagement and client service activities by building collaborative relationships with producers,
irrigation districts, municipalities, Indigenous communities, consultants, industry representatives and government partners.

The candidate will have a degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline and 6 or more years of progressively more responsible
leadership experience. Eligibility for registration as a Professional Engineer with APEGS is strongly preferred and a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is considered an asset.

Compensation Details
$111,132 to $138,924 (MC8)
