Full-Time | Monday to Friday | Day Shifts

$20.00$25.00 per hour, based on experience and skills

Location: 10 km outside Saskatoon

BOLD Growth is looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Maintenance Associate to help keep our facility and grounds running smoothly.

This is a great opportunity for someone with maintenance, construction or handyman experienceor strong hands-on skills and a willingness to learn. We are looking for someone who works safely, takes pride in their work and knows when to ask questions.

What Youll Do

Complete minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC and building repairs within your training

Perform carpentry, drywall, painting and caulking repairs

Safely use hand and power tools

Maintain grounds and sidewalks, including snow clearing

Identify concerns and report work requiring specialized contractors

Keep tools and work areas clean and organized

Assist with other maintenance projects

What Were Looking For

Mechanically inclined with problem-solving skills

Experience with tools, repairs, construction, maintenance, mechanical work or DIY projects

Willingness to learn and follow procedures

Dependable, punctual, safety-conscious and attentive to detail

Able to work independently once trained and as part of a team

Experience is an asset, but we are open to training the right candidate.

Requirements

Grade 12 or GED

At least 19 years old

Reliable transportation; the site is not accessible by public transit

Able to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work

Available for occasional overtime
