Position Overview
Reporting to the GM and Team Lead, we are seeking a Full-Time Experienced Machinist Apprentice. If youre a seasoned Machinist with 3-5 years of experience, OR an experienced Apprentice with a mechanical or industrial background who approaches work with a positive attitude, takes pride in their work and seeks to build a meaningful career, this role is for you!
What You'll Do
Execute complex, custom manual machining projects requiring precision and attention to detail.
Responsible for on-site machining on behalf of Saskpro at customer locations.
Perform some CNC machining.
Collaborate with colleagues and clients to determine practical solutions to required results.
What You Bring
A Journeyperson Machinist, experienced Machinist Apprentice, or Tradesperson Machinist with 3-5 years of experience preferred, but not required.
Other industry-experienced candidates with machining or machining-related practice may be considered.
Prioritize mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills to understand both the how and the why.
