Logistics Dispatcher

ProSoils is seeking an experienced Logistics Dispatcher to join our team in Rose Valley, Saskatchewan. This year-round position is responsible for dispatching drivers, coordinating loads, and supporting the efficient movement of agricultural products.

The role is especially important during our busy fall ammonia season and also supports transportation of grain, fertilizer, propane, and other agricultural products throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch drivers and coordinate daily loads, routes, and schedules.
• Coordinate anhydrous ammonia deliveries during the fall application season.
• Schedule transportation of grain, fertilizer, propane, and other agricultural products.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, suppliers, and operations teams.
• Monitor schedules and adjust quickly for delays, breakdowns, weather, and changing priorities.
• Maintain accurate dispatch and transportation records.
• Coordinate driver and equipment availability to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure transportation activities follow safety requirements and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch, trucking, transportation, logistics, or agriculture preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple drivers and loads in a fast-paced environment.
• Agricultural, fertilizer, propane, or grain transportation experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of Saskatchewan transportation and Hours of Service requirements is an asset.
• Comfortable using computers and dispatch or transportation software.
