Line Cook

The Flats Eatery + Drink is looking for reliable and hardworking Cooks to join our kitchen team. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook food according to restaurant recipes and standards

Ensure food is prepared quickly, consistently, and presented properly

Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

Keep kitchen stations clean, organized, and fully stocked

Assist with food preparation, portioning, and restocking

Work efficiently during busy lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts

Communicate and work well with other kitchen and front-of-house team members

Complete opening and closing duties as required

Requirements

Previous kitchen or cooking experience is preferred

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Good understanding of cleanliness and food safety

Able to stand for extended periods and perform regular kitchen duties

Must be available for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
