Design, develop and implement, instructor-led, virtual, blended, and eLearning programs using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
Procure or develop leadership and professional development programs in collaboration with subject matter experts, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Administer and optimize SaskGaming's Learning Management System (LMS), including course administration, reporting, learner support, and continuous system improvement.
Measure learning effectiveness through evaluation, learner feedback, and data analytics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay current with emerging learning technologies, AI, instructional design trends, and best practices to continuously improve learning experiences.
