Lead Residential Renovation Carpenter

Centennial Kitchen & Bath is seeking an experienced Lead Residential Renovation Carpenter to lead kitchen and bathroom projects in Saskatoon and area.

This hands-on role is for a skilled renovator who can take ownership from demolition through completion. You will organize site work, coordinate materials and trades, complete skilled renovation work, lead helpers when assigned, and ensure projects meet Centennials quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Lead kitchen and bathroom renovations from demolition to turnover.

Plan and sequence daily work.

Read drawings, plans and specifications.

Complete framing, drywall, mudding/taping, trim, cabinetry, flooring, tile and finishing work.

Coordinate plumbing/electrical trades and subcontractors.

Prepare material lists and anticipate project needs.

Direct and support helpers.

Maintain a clean, safe and organized jobsite, especially in occupied homes.

Protect customer property and communicate professionally with homeowners and project teams.

Identify site issues, deficiencies and scope changes.

Complete final quality checks and project updates.

Qualifications

Strong residential renovation experience, especially kitchens and bathrooms.

Strong carpentry and finishing skills.

Experience with cabinetry, trim, drywall and flooring; tile is an asset.

Ability to independently plan and complete renovation projects.

Leadership experience preferred.

Strong problem-solving, organization and communication skills.

Valid drivers licence and reliable transportation.

Carpentry certification is an asset; equivalent experience considered.
