We're maintaining beautiful custom gardens and luxury landscapes in Saskatoon with an eco-friendly twist.

Responsibilities

Showing up to work on time.

Has reliable transportation and is able to get to work.

Wears correct gear to work.

Transport/handle plants, tools and maintenance materials via vehicle.

Use of basic hand tools.

Perform landscape maintenance/horticultural tasks including pruning, planting, mulching, weeding and ongoing plant care.

Be involved in maintaining biodiverse outdoor spaces.

Keep sites, equipment and trucks tidy.

Work as a team member in a dynamic, fast-paced outdoor environment.

Potential to shift into snow removal as the season changes.

Requirements

Entry level position, no previous experience needed.

Valid Class 5 license (clean abstract).

Lift 50+ lbs; outdoor work in all weather.

Team-oriented.

Punctual.

Enthusiasm for quality, hands-on plant and garden care.

Utilizes PPE and safety equipment.

Ideal for reliable outdoor workers seeking steady seasonal work in natural maintenance-focused horticulture.

Any and all positions at Common Ground require learning and mastering skills and being able to teach others how to master these skills as well.
