Journeyperson / Experienced Carpenter

We're seeking a skilled Journeyman Carpenter, or a seasoned carpenter handyman, with strong finishing expertise and the skills to carry a residential build from rough-in through to quality finishing work. If you take pride in your craft and want to work where quality matters, this is your team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Contribute to all phases of residential framing: walls, floors, roofs, stairs, and engineered systems
• Perform quality finish carpentry: trim, doors, windows, millwork, and cabinetry
• Work with high-performance building envelope details, air sealing, and energy-efficient systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and construction documents
• Collaborate with trades, mentor apprentices, and maintain a safe and organized job site

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Journeyman Carpenter certification (Red Seal or similar): strongly preferred
• Solid finishing skills:

trim, doors, windows, and millwork

• Proven framing expertise
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
• Own tools, valid driver's license, reliable transportation
• Strong communicator, team player, and self-starter

NICE TO HAVE

• High-performance, Net Zero, or energy-efficient construction experience
• Knowledge of building envelope details and ENERGY STAR or R-2000 standards
• Advanced framing and custom home building experience
