Journeyman Heavy Duty Truck Mechanic

C & C Equipment (C4) is an inspection, maintenance and repair service provider for heavy duty trucks and equipment. Located in Tisdale, we provide reliable quality services to our customers across the region. We are currently seeking an experienced Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our growing team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, overhaul and repair a variety of heavy duty trucks and equipment, equipped with diesel engines and automatic or manual transmissions
• Complete preventative maintenance and testing on equipment for optimal performance levels
• Complete SGI inspections
• Maintain order, cleanliness, work output and safe working conditions in work areas
• Continuously improve operations, decrease turnaround times and streamline work processes

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic (Trade and Class 1 Air Certificates)
• 5+ years of Journeyman experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to work independently
• Highly flexible and able to work well under pressure
• Professional customer service approach
