Intensive In Home Support Worker

PARTNERS Family Services is hiring dedicated, casual Intensive In Home Family Support Workers. Responsibilities  include working directly with families in their homes in the areas of parenting, child development, life skills, etc to reduce risk of harm to children and assist with stabilizing the family unit. Hours are casual, with an average of 12-20 hours per week.

This position is to begin as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent experience working with children, youth or families
• Certificate OR Diploma OR Degree in human services (i.e youth care, early childhood education, social work, etc)
• Valid First Aid/CPR at time of hire
• Criminal record and vulnerable person check
• Satisfactory driver's abstract
• Valid Sask driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle with sufficient insurance at time of hire

Note travel to communities in the service area will be required. Mileage is paid at Government of Saskatchewan rates.
