Insurance Broker (Level 1, 2 or 3)

Ottawa Real Estate & Insurance is looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Insurance Broker to join our team. We are seeking a licensed Level 1, 2, or 3 broker who enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service.

This is a diverse role that offers the opportunity to work in insurance, motor licensing, and other areas of our business while being part of a supportive, team-oriented workplace.

Responsibilities

Assist walk-in customers and clients over the phone and by email.

Provide exceptional customer service for personal insurance needs.

Process SGI Motor Licence Issuer transactions.

Learn and assist with Canada Post services to provide coverage when needed.

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent service and efficient office operations.

Qualifications

Level 1, 2, or 3 General Insurance Broker Licence (preferred).

Experience with Power Broker is an asset, but not requiredwe are happy to train the right candidate.

Canada Post experience is an asset, but training will be provided.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
