Full Time Inside Sales Representative-Kerrobert/ Coleville

This inside sales representative will be responsible for performing or supervising the following duties:

• Manage customer issues and service to corporate standards.
• Efficiently execute store processes, including warehousing, shipping, and receiving, customer deliveries, order entry, and invoicing.
• Maintain strong relationships and teamwork.
• Create customer loyalty by providing an environment where customers plan to use and recognize DNOW as their preferred supplier.
• Continuously maintain product knowledge on DNOW product lines.
• Demonstrate and promote a safe work environment for all employees, customers, and other DNOW partners, using company safety policies and procedures
• Prioritize and handle other duties within the branch as required.

Qualifications and Skills

High School graduate or equivalent

Experience in oilfield supply store an asset.

Knowledge of oilfield pumps, valves, and fittings an asset.

Basic computer literacy, capability to use SAP is desirable.

Customer focused with driven results.

Clean Class 5 drivers license (Please attach drivers abstract with resume).
