Flyer Electric is a Saskatchewan-based electrical contracting company established in 1982, specializing in industrial, commercial, mining, and utility projects.
POSITION DETAILS
Wage: $47/hour
Shift: 10 days on / 4 days off, 10-hour days
Location: Coteau Creek Hydro Station
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform electrical work safely and efficiently according to project plans and specifications.
Follow Flyer Electric and customer safety policies and procedures.
Complete required safety documentation and daily progress reports.
Attend site meetings and mandatory training.
Work professionally with site personnel, customers, and other trades.
Ensure quality, safety, schedule, budget, and customer requirements are met.
Use materials and equipment efficiently.
Provide supervision and guidance when required.
Train and mentor apprentices in electrical tools, materials, and installation techniques.
Lead by example and maintain a positive, professional, team-oriented attitude.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Interprovincial Red Seal Journeyman Certificate
Saskatchewan Electrical License
Current Fall Pro and EWP Certificates
Valid Class 5 driver's license
Clean driving abstract
Able to meet the physical requirements of the position
Drug/alcohol clearance required
Legally entitled to work in Canada
