NOW HIRING: IN-HOUSE SHOP MECHANIC

Speedy Creek Yard Maintenance is looking for an experienced and dependable In-House Shop Mechanic to join our growing team.

This position involves maintaining, diagnosing and repairing our fleet of trucks, trailers and all types of yard maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities include

Diagnosing mechanical problems and completing repairs

Performing regular maintenance on trucks, trailers and equipment

Keeping maintenance records accurate and up to date

Ensuring equipment is safe and ready for daily operations

Keeping the shop clean, organized and running efficiently

Prioritizing repairs based on operational needs

Working closely with management and crew members

Requirements

Previous mechanical experience is a must

Experience working with truck fleets and yard maintenance equipment

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Must be clean, organized and dependable

Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Willing and available to work overtime when needed

Valid drivers license
