Human Resources Coordinator

This position reporting to the Human Resources Manager is a generalist HR role which provides coordination on a range of day-to-day HR transactions and issues that require judgement and tactical decision-making within prescribed parameters.  The position is responsible for all facets of out-of-scope full cycle recruitment, on-boarding and new hires HR orientation for positions at the City of North Battleford, benefit administration, administrative recording keeping, talent development, employee and general support.
