Qualifications
Experience in human services, supported housing, mental health, addictions, or disability supports.
Knowledge and understanding of indigenous culture.
Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
Strong written, verbal, computer, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of person-centred, trauma-informed, and strength-based approaches.
Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check required.

Key Responsibilities
Provide outreach, case management, advocacy, transportation, and daily living supports.
Maintain client documentation, case notes, reports, and shift communication.
Support clients with housing stability, budgeting, hygiene, laundry, meal preparation, grocery shopping, appointments, and community participation.
Conduct home safety checks and help maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment.
Respond to emergencies, complete incident reports, and notify supervisors/on-call staff as required.
Assist clients with transitions into and out of the program.
Support life-skills, cultural, and recreational programming.
Participate in mandatory training, including First Aid, Naloxone, and Med Assist.
Complete Payworks and program documentation at the end of each shift.
Perform other duties as assigned to support program operations.
