Super 8 by Wyndham Regina is a top-performing hotel ranked in the Top 2% for OSAT and rated "Excellent" by Expedia Clients. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our award-winning team immediately.
Key Responsibilities
Night Audit & Finance: Balance daily transactions, process settlements, and generate end-of-day financial reports during your 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift.
Guest Services: Greet late-arriving or early-departing guests, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional overnight hospitality.
Property Safety: Handle overnight requests independently. Follow procedures. Hotel has contracted security patrol for evening & CCTV 24/7.
Qualifications & Availability
- Available for immediate start with core availability for Friday and Saturday nights (11:00 PM 7:00 AM).
- Flexibility to pick up afternoon shifts as needed is highly desirable.
- Strong math and basic accounting skills for handling cash and balancing transactions accurately.
- Detail oriented, tech-savvy (Microsoft Office proficiency), and capable of working independently.
- Previous hotel experience is an asset, but a positive, reliable attitude is our top priority. (Comprehensive in-house and franchise training provided.)
