Hotel Managing Supervisor

Hotel Managing Supervisor is a hands-on operational role focused on helping ensure that the hotel runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

Duties and responsibilities include

Work closely with the General Manager in the daily operation of the hotel.

Directly supervise and oversee the Maintenance Department.

Monitor the different departments and help ensure that operations run smoothly.

Step in and provide operational support to any department when needed.

Assist with resolving guest complaints, service issues, and staff concerns.

Must possess leadership, communication, management, customer, and computer skills.

Attention to detail and understanding of Marriott culture will be imperative.

Be willing to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on operational needs.

Be on call and available to come to the hotel on short notice when an urgent situation requires assistance.

Most importantly, be a TEAM PLAYER who is willing to help wherever needed and work collaboratively with all departments.
