Experienced Heavy Duty Truck & Transport Technician
Automotive Unlimited is growing, and were looking for an experienced Journeyperson Heavy Duty Truck & Transport Technician to join our team.
Were looking for someone who is confident diagnosing the difficult stuff, works independently, and can take a job from diagnosis through repair.
What Youll Do
Advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, emissions, hydraulic, driveline and performance concerns
Repair and maintain heavy-duty trucks and equipment
Perform repairs across major systems, including engines, transmissions and differentials
Use diagnostic equipment and repair information to accurately identify concerns
Work independently while contributing to a strong team
Qualifications
Journeyperson Heavy Duty Truck & Transport Technician certification
Several years of experience beyond apprenticeship
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Experience with major component diagnosis and repair
Organized, reliable and detail-oriented
Valid drivers licence and own professional tools
