Westar Group of Companies is based out of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan and specializes in aggregate processing, transportation, forestry and earthwork. Westar has an opportunity for a highly motivated and responsible Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join its team!
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)
- Troubleshooting and repairing of heavy equipment, trucks and trailers for proper performance
- Detect faults and malfunctions
- Testing repaired equipment for proper performance
- Maintain cleanliness of work area
- Problem solving when dealing with unexpected situations
- Must follow all safety procedures
