Heavy Duty Mechanic

Goodman Steel Ltd. is seeking an independent, motivated individual to fill the role of Heavy Duty Mechanic. We are a steel manufacturing company in rural Saskatchewan serving the surrounding mines, farmers and communities.

Your role includes but is not limited to

Maintain and repair heavy duty mobile equipment

Electrical diagnosis and repair

Build and assemble machines and components

Troubleshoot and keep the shop running

Daily equipment checks

The right person will have 3-5 years of related experience

Valid Class 5 license (air brakes/Class 1-3 a plus)

Mobile equipment experience preferred

Strong diagnostic skills and a self-starter attitude.
