MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Strong general handyman and repair skills
Experience with painting, drywall, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, and general building maintenance
Reliable, punctual, and able to respond to urgent maintenance issues
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all seasons
Ability to safely use common hand and power tools
Valid driver's licence
Previous apartment or property maintenance experience is strongly preferred
