Grain Farm Manager

We are a grain farm located near Norquay, SK. This opportunity is for a PERMANENT FULL-TIME Grain Farm Manager with 3 - 5 years related experience. A Class 1A license is preferred, but not required.

Duties in this role will vary depending on the season but will include:

• Season planning of crops, rotation, fertilizer and chemical applications.
• Schedule daily field operations.
• Train employees how to safely and efficiently operate equipment.
• Inspect equipment prior to operation.
• Coordinate with Shop Manager on equipment that needs service or repairs.
• Operate equipment as required during the busy season.
• Oversee the storage of grain.
• Organize the shipping of grain by truck/railcar to fulfill contracts.
• Dry grain.
• Clean grain.
• Manage staff and assign duties.
