WINMAR is growing, and we are looking for energetic, hardworking, and self-motivated individuals to join our team in Estevan.
WINMAR provides emergency response and reconstruction services for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional properties affected by fire, water, sewage, mould, asbestos, vehicle impacts, and other types of damage.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide professional, courteous service and make a positive first impression with customers.
Maintain clean, organized job sites. Remove garbage, debris, and damaged materials as required
Assist with the safe removal and handling of hazardous materials where applicable.
Assist with demolition and restoration activities.
Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, equipment and instruments.
Work independently when required while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
Take direction from management and follow company procedures and safety requirements.
Respond to emergency restoration calls and be available for after-hours work on a rotating/on-call basis.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
Valid drivers licence is mandatory
Clean drivers abstract.
Criminal record check required.
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
Willingness and ability to work after hours and participate in 24/7 emergency on-call rotations.
Previous restoration, construction, demolition, or related experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
