Full Time Custodian

MGBHLM First Nation is looking for a Full-Time Janitor to provide custodial services to the School. Duties include: conducting janitorial duties daily to ensure that the school is kept clean. Ensures a safe and hygienic environment through regular daily, weekly and seasonal maintenance of the facility and its contents.

Responsibilities

Sweep and wash all floors as required.

Remove garbage to a central place for disposal.

Clean and disinfect bathrooms (toilets, sinks, floor and walls);

Ensure the continued supply of bathroom accessories (soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, and deodorizer);

Dust ledges and other cabinetry and equipment.

Wash walls and windows.

Report any maintenance problems or required supplies to the direct supervisor.

Qualifications

Grade 12 or equivalent.

Must have a valid class 5 drivers license.

Punctual and reliable.

First Aid /CPR C; WHMIS;- can be provided

Must be willing to learn additional custodial duties.
