Front Store Manager

Pharmasave #405 is seeking a Full-Time Front Store Manager to join our team in Langenburg, Saskatchewan.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead front store operations and support strategic business goals.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, hiring, training, and employee performance in collaboration with HR.
• Oversee cash handling, banking, store opening/closing procedures, and security protocols.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and cycle counts.
• Monitor store performance, control shrinkage, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support the Store Operator/Pharmacy Manager with daily operations and business initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong communication, customer service, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Valid driver's licence required.
• Criminal Record Check required.

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Store hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Occasional Saturday shifts required.
