The Opportunity

We're looking for skilled and motivated Front-End Operators to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in manufacturing or industrial environments who enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and maintaining efficient production flow. Successful candidates are dependable team players with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow supervisors instructions.
• Understand production scheduling.
• Operate front-end saws and cutting equipment to process materials according to production requirements.
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Set up, calibrate, and adjust saws for accurate and efficient cutting.
• Inspect raw materials for defects and ensure cut pieces meet quality standards.
• Monitor equipment performance, perform routine maintenance, and report issues as needed.
• Organize, label, and stack cut materials for downstream production processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules and output goals.
