What youll do

Lead the successful operation of the Moosomin Food Store, overseeing financial performance, inventory, staffing, safety, and customer service. Develop and support a high-performing team, maintain strong vendor relationships, and drive sales through effective merchandising, pricing, and customer loyalty initiatives.

Who you are

You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:

You have 6  9 years of relevant experience including a minimum of 3 years experience leading leaders in a retail food environment.

Previous management within the Co-op Retailing System will be considered an asset.

Youre experienced in leading a team with a focus on customer service.

Youre honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.

You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
