Food Store Admin

Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Lead: Serve as the main safety contact for the food store, chair safety meetings, facilitate communication with the safety team, and ensure compliance with safety policies.

Training & Development: Oversee the stores training programs, including design, implementation, tracking, and acting as the main contact for training-related inquiries.

Inventory Control: Manage the ordering, receiving, and tracking of assigned products, ensuring compliance with regulations and store policies.

Financial Reconciliation: Act as the primary contact for resolving invoice discrepancies related to shipping and receiving, conducting necessary follow-ups with financial teams.

POS & Inventory Management Systems: Assist with maintaining accurate inventory data, cycle counts, and weekly stock controls.

Pricing & Sales Coordination: Monitor weekly sales flyers, implement necessary pricing changes, and maintain the pricing file.
