Estimate and order all ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
Train staff in the job duties, sanitization, and safety procedures
Maintain and track inventory; stock, repair, sales and wastage
Ensure that food and service meet projected quality standards
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food.
Prepare food order according to customers order
Determines related food and labor costs also supervise day to day operation
