Food Service Supervisor

Burger King Swift Current is looking for Food Service Supervisor. Applicant must have secondary school completed and have minimum one year experience in relevant field. Candidate is expected to have good oral and written communication skills in English. This is a permanent full-time position with 32 to 40 hours of work per week. Qualified candidate should be able to work during day, evening, late night, weekends or any holiday shifts.

Some of the job duties will be as below

• Supervise, co-ordinate and facilitate the working of food service attendants;
• Establish ways to meet the work schedule;
• Handle and solve customer complaints or workplace problems efficiently;
• Set-up procedures and methods for a smooth flow of operations;
• Manage the inventory and stocks used in preparation;
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety at work as per health and safety and Burger King guidelines;
• Maintain kitchen equipment in good working order;
• Must be a team player and hardworking candidate;
