Were looking for a dependable Lead Hand to join our crew. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in quality work, pays attention to detail, and can help lead and train newer guys on site.

Requirements
Valid driverss license (must have)
Experience backing up and towing trailers preferred
Experience training or mentoring new workers
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable using power tools and construction equipment
Able to communicate professionally with customers
Reliable, punctual, and organized
Able to work physically demanding days
Construction or blue-collar background required
Ideal Experience
Backgrounds such as
Concrete
Drywall
Flooring
Painting
Carpentry
General construction
Any skilled hands-on trade
Responsibilities
Lead and assist with floor prep and coating installations
Train and guide newer crew members
Operate grinders, vacuums, mixers, and power tools
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Ensure jobs are completed properly and efficiently
Communicate professionally with customers on site
Help keep projects on schedule

Pay based on experience Starting at 25-30 $/hour
