Farmland & Mineral Asset Specialist

Brownstone Resources Ltd. is seeking a motivated and business-minded individual to assist with the management, development, and growth of our farmland and mineral portfolio.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with a strong agricultural background who also has an interest in business, land management, investment, and resource development. The successful candidate will work closely with Brownstone's team and will be involved in both the day-to-day administration of our existing assets and the evaluation and development of new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assist with

Managing Brownstone's farmland portfolio, including agricultural leases, tenant relationships, rental terms, renewals, and land stewardship.

Developing strong working relationships with farmers, tenants, landowners, industry partners, and other stakeholders.

Assisting with farmland acquisitions and dispositions, including property evaluation, due diligence, negotiations, and transaction coordination.

Monitoring farmland markets and identifying potential acquisition and investment opportunities.

Assisting with the administration and development of Brownstone's mineral holdings, including mineral leases, royalties, surface matters, and industry activity affecting Brownstone lands.

Reviewing land titles, agreements, maps, ownership information, and other land-related documentation.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have

A strong agricultural background and a good understanding of farming practices and the agricultural industry.

Post-secondary education in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Land Management, or a related field.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and related business software.

A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within Saskatchewan as required.
