Tasks

• Direct farm feed inventory activities
• Direct farm grooming activities
• Follow sustainable soy farming practices such as crop rotation, reduced
• till or no
• till, water and nutrient management, precision farming technology and cover crops
• Handling animals
• Mixing fertilizer
• Monitoring animal health
• Organize tasks to accomplish the work
• Oversee the activities of clearing the fields
• Supervise milking operations to ensure work is done correctly
• Treat livestock health issues
• Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio
• security procedures
• Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting
• Co
• ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
• Ensure farm safety and bio
• security procedures are followed
• Maintain livestock performance records
• Maintain quality control and production records
• Select livestock for sale
• Maintain work records and logs
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
• Perform general farm duties
