As a key member of our team, you will transport grain, seed, equipment, and agricultural products while supporting our farming operations throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate semi-trucks and trailers to transport grain, seed, equipment, and agricultural products
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and required documentation
- Load, secure, transport, and unload products safely and efficiently
- Assist with routine truck and trailer maintenance and report mechanical concerns
- Support farm operations and equipment movement during busy seasons
- Follow transportation regulations and company safety procedures
- Represent Monette Farms professionally with customers and suppliers
What makes you a great fit
- Valid Class 1A Drivers Licence
- Clean drivers abstract
- Experience operating semi-trucks; agricultural hauling experience is an asset
- Mechanical aptitude and basic maintenance knowledge
- Strong commitment to safety
- Ability to work flexible and extended hours during peak seasons
- Dependable, positive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
