Grain farm seeking full time experienced labourer/equipment operator from Aug 10-November 1

Located at Rabbit Lake, 50 minutes NE of Battleford, 25 minutes south of Spiritwood.

Job responsibilities

General maintenance on farm equipment, buildings, and grass cutting

Fixing and troubleshooting minor mechanical problems

Operate all types of large farm machinery, swather, combine, tractor, rock picker, harrow.

Greasing machines

Cleaning/power washing machinery

The ideal candidate

1+ years experience working on a farm

Is comfortable working in a fast paced environment, doing a variety of jobs each day.

Must be able to work long hours during harvest (Sept-Oct)

Will be capable of working in all weather conditions when necessary

Possess a positive attitude

Requirements

Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or have a valid open work visa.

Proficiency in English is essential for safety reasons

Have a class 5 license and transportation

Must be able to disconnect from personal phone during work hours.
