Facility Foreman

About Us Herauf Modular is a leader in Western Canadas modular building industry, designing and manufacturing quality residential, commercial, and community building solutions.  Position Summary Herauf Modular is seeking an experienced Facility Foreman to join our Regina team. The successful candidate will oversee facility operations, coordinate crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Assign and coordinate daily work based on project priorities and schedules. Monitor schedules, budgets, and inventory requirements. Prepare and maintain construction schedules. Ensure manpower, materials, and resources are available for daily operations. Supervise machinery use and coordinate equipment maintenance. Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards. Review blueprints, specifications, and change orders for accurate execution. Maintain project schedules, progress updates, and reports. Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and delays. Manage facility security, including opening and closing procedures. Communicate regularly with the Project Manager and Site Superintendent regarding project status and scheduling.  Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of construction foreman experience. Strong leadership and team collaboration skills. Knowledge of modular construction, building codes, and foundation systems. Experience reading engineering drawings and technical documents. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Ability to manage projects and subcontractors. Proven ability to lead teams and meet deadlines. Proficiency with Monday.com, Procore, or similar software. Valid Class 5 driver's license, ability to travel.  Preferred Skills Experience working with municipalities and Indigenous communities.
