Equipment Operator

We are currently seeking an experienced Equipment Operator for our Earth Works division in the Regina, SK area. The successful candidate will operate a variety of heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, and haul trucks to complete earthmoving, grading, and site prep work. A valid 3A or 1A license is required for hauling and transporting equipment as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites.

Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.

Load, haul, and transport equipment and materials as required.

Follow site safety protocols and report any hazards or issues.

Qualifications

Proven experience in earthworks or civil construction.

Valid 3A or 1A Saskatchewan drivers license.

Strong understanding of site grades and equipment operation best practices.

Ability to work in varying weather conditions and extended hours if needed.
