Living Sky School Division is seeking a permanent full-time teacher (1.0FTE) to join the team at Cando Community School beginning August 26, 2026.
The successful candidate will teach in either elementary or middle years assignment, with the specific grade level and teaching responsibilities determined based on the successful applicant's skills, experience and areas of strength, as well as the needs of the school. This position offers the opportunity to work within an alternative school calendar, including several four day workweeks and approximately fourteen Fridays off throughout the school year.
Cando Community School is a kindergarten to grade twelve school located in the hamlet of Cando. The school serves students from Red Pheasant Cree First Nation, Mosquito First Nation and surrounding communities. Staff are committed to creating a learning environment that is inclusive, relationship-based and responsive to the diverse cultural and learning needs of students.

Required: Valid SK Professional A Teaching Certificate or eligibility for SK teacher certification.
